I will accept cash, check, money order, or online payment via PayPal. To make each transaction more personal however, I will only do direct payment via email and PayPal, I do not use shopping cart.

Also, I am willing to do a payment plan, or layaway, for anyone who wishes to not loose a piece, but cannot pay all at once. There are no extra fees unless you wish to make Pay Pal installments... in which case you will have to cover the processing fees for each transaction. Setting up a layaway agreement and paying your down payment means your desired piece will be removed from the "for sale" section of the website, and as long as you make regular correspondence and payments it will be held and not sold. No correspondence for 60 days will result in paid money being lost and the piece will go back up for sale. If you would like to set up a layaway agreement, please email me with you name and thorough contact information for a electronic or printed form.

I generally use UPS Ground to save on costs. Shipping is a standard $5 because each item comes freshly polished and in a jewelry gift box. Included are snip-its of information on the stones used in that piece as well a personal thank-you note and care instructions.

I will gladly gift-wrap without any extra cost. Just mention it during the order process. *Those within the tri-county area of Charleston can arrange a meeting for personal delivery!

The necklaces, earrings, and bracelets I design are meant to be dress pieces. They are generally not designed to be worn every day all day under bathing and sport conditions. Repeated exposure to moisture such as bathing, swimming, or sport-related sweating will result in a faster tarnishing of precious metals, discoloration of some stones, and overall stretching of the piece which can result in breakage. And just as any jewelry, it is not recommended to sleep in necklaces because of choking hazard or in earrings because of ear damage.

Silver or gold cleaner can be used in many cases... but some stones are more porous than others and need a more delicate touch such as toothpaste and toothbrush. It really works if you've never tried it! If you have any questions, please ask. There is not much sadder than ending up with permanently bleached turquoise or malachite because of using a harsh cleaner on the silver. *pout pout*

The only warranty I offer is the promise of good craftsmanship. I cannot guarantee that metal won't scar or stone will not break. Jewelry is worn and used, therefore I cannot be held responsible for things that happen under "wear and tear". Refunds will only be given for undamaged pieces within 30 days from shipment, which I will have to have in hand for review first.

Pieces are generally "as is".... but I can usually lengthen or shorten necklaces and bracelets to fit better, at little to no cost. (If additional materials are needed a small fee will be charged.) Under normal conditions your pieces will last a long time.... but occasional accidents happen. I will repair broken pieces for a minimal fee based on the amount of salvageable components.
